Congratulations on your inspection journey! Hopefully, you found this website informative and helpful. We understand what it’s like to be in your shoes when it’s time for a commercial inspection or residential inspection.
After 30 years in the construction industry, the industry collapsed in 2007, forcing us to redirect our steps. Like others, we had to make several decisions – one was moving, and the other was a career change. New to the home inspection process in Texas, our experience with a local home inspector was not the best. We didn’t know what to expect or even what questions to ask. In the middle of buying a home, we decided to utilize Mark’s knowledge and experience with construction, along with Anita’s business background to start our own business. We were ready to live the American entrepreneurial dream!
We saw that families and agents needed a home inspection professional they could trust, so we decided that we would offer exceptional service they could rely on with their large investments and ensure their family’s safety. It was also our goal for others to enjoy the process at a fair price. With that vision, Kissee Inspection Services was born!
Many years later, we have a proven track record –see our testimonies. Our perseverance has allowed us to serve many happy clients and agents, and we’ve expanded into the commercial industry. Our company is debt-free, and we are ever grateful for an excellent reputation. Our vision continues to grow along with our company!

Iris Ministries
Supporting Gospel missionaries, Roland & Heidi Baker, in aiding and schooling African orphans. Thousands of these children have been orphaned due to genocide, AIDS, and starvation. They feed 10,000 children daily! Homes, clean water, school, and hope are changing generations.
Freedom Ministries
Supporting Gospel missionaries, David & Wendy Hogan family in setting various Mexican families free from poverty, rebel terrorizing villages, addictions, and witchcraft in the land. Their work is helping to change Mexico from the inside out!
